Today go in the late morning. Tide is on the way down. Cast out two rod with top and bottom bait. Around noon time, i heard one of the reel screech. Pickup the rod and strike..yes…line out running with reel screaming. I had to adjust the drag to prevent it for going too far. It struggle awhile with the current flow before i able to gain back some line. After few minute, it had tired out and i started wind back the line. When it reach below the jetty, i lift it on the water surface to totally tired it out. I ask one angler there to help hold my rod then i grab my rope gaff. One in but wasn’t secure. I took another gaff and sink it in before we both pull it up. It weigh 11kg.
