Went to catch squid and bring along my tackles. Initially intend to fish until 10pm only. But one of my friend come along so accompany him to fish and delay for another hour.
I saw the tide already turn down so I decided to packup. But before I do anything….my reel alarm go screaming….I strike and feel the weight at the end….then it go off when the fish make a acrobatic jump….It dive down again and I found my line entangle with my friend line….
By the time we untangle it…the fish already come near to the jetty…I manage to stop it from going under….I surface it and it turn out to be a queenfish….Quickly one guy with a gaff come along and gaff it up for me. It weigh 4.8kg on the scale.
