Reach there around 5pm plus. Set up my tackle and start jigging for live bait. Manage to get some and quickly cast out with a bottom n a surface bait. Tide has already full and started to turn down but current was smooth although the water was choppy due to the strong southern wind.
Around 6.15pm while i was chatting with my friend An…suddenly I heard my reel screaming….I pick up my rod and strike…Yes…Fish on….Follow by a fish jumping out or the water but I didn’t manage to see what fish is it. Until the second time when it leap up again that I know it was a queen fish. It then move toward the right side and take off more line. I had to tighten more drag to stop it go further…It then make another acrobatic jump up before slow down. I slowly wind it back and surface it.
Ah An fixed up his gaff and gaff it up for me. Another angler come along with his weigh and it clock at 3.9kg.
